One Way or Another I Speak

There's times that you think that I Am not speaking.  When you're in the silence and you do not hear My Voice, know that My Voice is the silence.  I want you to be silent, to be still, to be still and know that I Am God.  I Am always speaking.  One way or another, I speak.
